4 Seasons was founded in 2011 by our family, driven by a shared passion for food and a vision to create something truly special. From the beginning, our goal was to offer more than just a place to eat, we wanted to build a welcoming space where people could experience the rich flavours of traditional Chinese cooking alongside familiar European favourites. Over the years, we've stayed true to our roots, proudly preparing each dish with authentic ingredients, time-honoured techniques, and the same care that inspired us from day one. Today, 4 Seasons remains a family-run restaurant, with the original founders still at the heart of everything we do, from curating the menu to greeting guests at the door.
